From your dashboard, click "Connect QuickBooks" and complete the Intuit OAuth flow. Advisacor requests only the scopes it needs and will not access data beyond the connected company. You can disconnect at any time from the Apps page in QuickBooks Online.

Advisacor supports Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. Features that require Plus or Advanced (Classes, Locations, Projects, Custom Fields) are automatically disabled when your connected company is on a lower edition.

Advisacor reads accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, payments, vendors, customers, items, deposits, transfers, and purchase orders from your connected QuickBooks Online company. See our Privacy Policy for the complete data-handling summary.

Advisacor can write proposed journal entries back to QuickBooks Online only after you or a firm reviewer explicitly approves them. Nothing is written automatically. Multi-currency writebacks include the CurrencyRef and ExchangeRate values the transaction requires.

Advisacor performs an automated Change Data Capture (CDC) sync once per hour per connected company. You can also trigger an on-demand sync from your dashboard.

MFA is required for firm administrators: Advisacor asks a firm administrator to set it up before they can use protected areas such as connecting QuickBooks Online. For every other user MFA is optional, and we recommend turning it on. Set it up from Account → Security with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). Your recovery codes are shown only once, when you set it up, so save them somewhere safe. You can generate a new set from Account → Security at any time.

Disconnect from the Apps page in QuickBooks Online. Advisacor's access is revoked with Intuit and it stops reading from and posting to that company.

Disconnecting QuickBooks Online stops Advisacor from reading from that company, but it does not by itself delete the data Advisacor already holds. When you cancel your Advisacor subscription, we keep your data for a 30-day grace period and then delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also ask us to delete your data sooner. Operational logs (error records, intuit_tid traces, request traces) are kept for 90 days for troubleshooting.

Advisacor is hosted on Vercel (US) with the database on Supabase (AWS us-east-2). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). No customer data leaves the United States.
