About Wiseman Financial Technologies

Matthew Wiseman is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wiseman Financial Technologies, LLC. He and his wife, Janice, Co-Founder and President, are equal partners in coding and developing the company’s software. Together, they are building Advisacor™ and WorkforceOS around a shared commitment to practical technology, responsible leadership, and helping businesses work more effectively.

His professional background spans 16 years in accounting and finance, including public accounting, Fortune 250 companies, and organizations with complex operations across multiple entities. His experience includes aviation, defense, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, with responsibilities covering financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, audits, and accounting operations.

Matthew brings firsthand experience solving the problems finance teams face every day. He has shortened month-end close timelines, resolved years of unreconciled accounts, corrected reporting and system issues, and strengthened financial controls. These experiences inform his approach to Advisacor: help businesses understand their information, trace the evidence behind it, and make decisions with greater confidence.

Working alongside Janice, Matthew contributes to software architecture, accounting workflows, integrations, and evidence-based intelligence systems. His experience helping implement SAP and working with platforms such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and QuickBooks shapes his focus on technology that enhances the systems businesses already use.

Matthew has led on-site and remote accounting and finance teams of up to 20 professionals. He understands that successful technology requires clear processes, accountable leadership, and people who know how to use it. That perspective also informs WorkforceOS: helping businesses coordinate specialized AI workers while preserving human oversight and responsibility.

Matthew holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. As he and Janice build their family-owned company, he brings together financial discipline, operational experience, and hands-on software development to create tools that make complex work more understandable and manageable.

Janice Wiseman is Co-Founder and President of Wiseman Financial Technologies, LLC and Co-Creator of Advisacor™. She and her husband, Matthew, Co-Founder and CEO, are equal partners in coding and developing the software. Janice has helped build the company from the ground up, shaping its products, website, brand, and vision.

Her professional background spans healthcare, medical insurance, patient finance, and revenue cycle operations. Her work helping patients, supporting staff, improving processes, and resolving financial issues is a foundation for how Advisacor serves businesses and the people working inside them.

Janice works directly with Matthew on software workflows, functionality, business processes, user experience, and customer needs. Her hands-on involvement in coding and development helps translate real operational challenges into how the software functions. She is a primary voice in the development of both Advisacor and WorkforceOS.

For WorkforceOS, she helps shape how businesses coordinate specialized AI workers while preserving oversight, structure, and human judgment. Across both products, her focus is practical: reduce unnecessary work, support better decisions, and give employees better tools to succeed.

Janice also leads the direction and alignment of the website, brand, messaging, and company identity. Integrity, fairness, and respect guide her vision for an employer that values people who work hard, learn, contribute, and take pride in their work.

As the family-owned company grows, Janice wants to create local opportunities in technology, finance, operations, customer support, and sales. She also wants to encourage women to lead, innovate, and build technology, recognizing the value of their industry knowledge, creativity, persistence, and willingness to learn.
