Products and packages

One platform. A package for every stage of your books.

Start with reconciliations, add a system that learns how your books work, then prepare for audits and tax season — with the people responsible for the books in control at every step.

Why Advisacor is different

Not another AI chat tool. An accounting teammate that learns, shows its work and answers to you.

It remembers your books

RA Pro’s patent-pending memory learns how each company works: which account a vendor belongs in, recurring entries and the corrections your reviewers make.

Confidence is earned, not guessed

Confidence rises when a suggestion is accepted and falls when it is corrected. Only well-established patterns are proposed with high confidence; anything less certain is flagged for closer review.

People stay in charge

When a reviewer corrects a suggestion, the correction is recorded and future suggestions learn from it. Proposed entries are routed to your reviewers, and your approval rules decide what posts.

Every suggestion shows its work

Findings and proposed entries carry the evidence behind them, so a reviewer can see why, not just what.

Your data stays yours

Each company’s memory is kept separate, reviewer decisions and posted entries are locked once recorded, memory records can’t be deleted, and your books stay in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero file.

Patent-pending memory · RA Pro

It learns how your books actually work.

Instead of starting from scratch every month, Advisacor builds a memory for each company, scores how sure it is, and gets sharper every time your reviewers correct it.

Walled off and permanent

Each company’s memory is kept separate from every other company’s, and memory records can’t be deleted.

  1. 01

    It studies your history

RA Pro reads up to 24 months of your QuickBooks Online history — purchases, bills, journal entries, invoices and deposits — to build its memory.

  2. 02

It learns three kinds of patterns

Which account each vendor belongs in, which entries recur and on what cadence (weekly through annual, with the next expected date), and what a normal amount looks like for each pattern.

  3. 03

    It scores its own confidence

Vendor-to-account confidence uses a statistical lower bound, so a few lucky matches can’t look certain: it’s marked high-confidence only with at least 5 examples and a score of 85% or better. Recurring entries earn high confidence only when they arrive on a steady schedule.

  4. 04

It proposes, with a traffic light

Every suggestion is green, yellow or red. Only green suggestions can be accepted in bulk; everything else gets a closer look from a reviewer.

  5. 05

    It learns from your corrections

When a reviewer changes the account on a vendor suggestion, that counts against the old account and for the new one. It also flags recent postings that conflict with an established pattern, so mistakes surface instead of repeating.

Balance sheet reconciliations

Reconciliations that tie out to the cent — and show their work.

The kind of balance sheet review a senior accountant does at month-end, run across your accounts and handed back as finished workpapers.

Ties your balances out

Accounts receivable and payable aging, inventory valuation, fixed-asset roll-forwards and individual balance sheet accounts are each tied to the trial balance. Open items received but not yet billed are listed and aged, and a summary check confirms the whole balance sheet balances.

Sorts every difference for you

Each variance is classified as tied, auto-cleared, needs review or kicked out, using dollar and percentage tolerances you control.

Explains what’s left

Reconciling items are separated into timing, documented, reclass and error, and the unexplained remainder is calculated exactly, so nothing hides in a rounding line.

Flags what a sharp reviewer would

Customers with credit balances, vendors with debit balances, negative inventory, and asset activity sorted into additions, disposals, depreciation and reclasses.

Hands you finished workpapers

Excel and PDF workpapers for every tie-out, each fingerprinted so you can prove the file hasn’t changed since it was produced.

Remembers how you resolved it last time

When an exception comes up, reviewers see how similar exceptions — on the same account or the same type of tie-out — were resolved in the last six months.
