Advisacor for QuickBooks Online
Close and reconciliation review for QuickBooks Online.
Advisacor reviews your books after every sync, explains each finding with the transactions behind it, and prepares journal entries your team approves before they post. For bookkeepers, accounting firms and small businesses.
What Advisacor does with your QuickBooks Online data
RA
Reconciliation checks
Flags bank and credit card accounts whose reconciliation is behind, and payments left in Undeposited Funds for more than 30 days.
RA
Findings with evidence
After every sync, see what needs attention and why, with the QuickBooks Online transactions behind each finding.
RA
Journal entries you approve
Suggested entries arrive with their source records and draft lines. Approve, edit or skip each one. Approved entries post to QuickBooks Online once you turn posting on.
RA
Receipt and invoice capture
Receipts, bills and invoices are read and matched, then added to QuickBooks Online as bills or expenses after you approve.
RA
Learned rules you approve
A reviewer's correction becomes a suggested rule. A controller or admin approves it before it applies.

RA Pro learns your vendors, recurring entries and normal amounts from up to 24 months of history, and answers plain-English questions about your financials.
RA Pro + Balance Sheet · Early access
Balance sheet workpapers
Reconciliation workpapers for every non-cash balance sheet account, with Excel and PDF files you can hand to your CPA.
How it works
Step 1
Connect QuickBooks Online
Sign in to Advisacor, choose Connect to QuickBooks, then sign in with Intuit and pick your company. Posting stays off until you turn it on.
Step 2
Review findings and evidence
Advisacor reads your books and shows what needs attention, why, and what to do next.
Step 3
Approve what posts
Your team approves each prepared entry. Larger entries ask for a fresh two-factor check, and the person who proposed an entry can't approve it.
What Advisacor reads and writes
Advisacor asks Intuit for access to your QuickBooks Online accounting data, which includes permission to write. It writes only what your team approves, and only after someone with authority for the company turns posting on.

Disconnecting and getting help
Disconnect at any time
